Compact In-Line PCB Testing

The te|box Kombitester from Baumann Automation is a compact platform for automated in-line PCB testing. Based on the modular te|box concept, the system combines several test methods such as ICT, flashing and functional testing (FCT) within a compact footprint.

A continuous conveyor links the individual test stations and enables high throughput. At the same time, large maintenance doors provide easy access and support short changeover times.

Flexible in-line testing

The te|box Kombitester can be flexibly adapted to different printed circuit boards and production requirements. The control cabinet and test equipment are integrated directly into the system to save space. This makes the system particularly suitable for automated electronics production environments where multiple test processes can be efficiently linked within a single production flow.
