MTS at Testing Expo 2023

With the Baumann MTS, we present our newest modular test system. The flexible field of application ranges from the laboratory through prototype construction to series production. In addition, an individual and, if required, expandable spectrum is available for testing a wide variety of components. With the Baumann MTS, we offer a consistently high quality of cell, module and battery test stands, testing of power electronics and converters, testing of control units as well as leak testing of housings and cooling systems.

The Test Framework is completed with the modularised Baumann Hardware. Optimised processes and the most advanced technologies ensure that the system operates in an energy-efficient manner and saves costs. Even an existing infrastructure and a simple integration of third-party systems, such as DC systems or cooling units, can be easily incorporated. With the inclusion of measurement taps, precise calibration and fault diagnosis is realised for optimal performance. Reliable and efficient data transmission of internal communication is achieved through EtherCAT units.

With the stand-alone functionality, Baumann offers a solution independent of other systems, thus increasing flexibility and enabling use in different environments.

Short delivery times and rapid implementation are ensured by storage of the modules and pre-configured systems. For service calls, Baumann provides mobile versions to generate solutions for our customers as quickly as possible.
