New MTS Laboratory and Customer Centre

Baumann Automation opens a new MTS laboratory and customer centre for development, testing, and live demonstrations of the Modular Test System (MTS) under real battery testing conditions.
With the new MTS laboratory and customer centre, Baumann Automation has made another significant investment in the future. The new premises are already being used and provide optimal conditions for the development, testing, and presentation of our Modular Test Systems (MTS).
The fully air-conditioned MTS laboratory offers ideal conditions for the development and testing of our systems. The facilities includes, among other things, development workstations, soldering stations, an end-of-line (EOL) test system and various measuring instruments for analysis and validation tasks.
This is where new solutions are developed, components are tested, and systems are assessed under realistic conditions. This strengthens our capabilities in product development and quality assurance in the field of battery testing systems.
The new MTS Customer Centre is located directly adjacent to the laboratory. In this setting, we can clearly demonstrate our Modular Test System (MTS) portfolio to customers and prospective clients.
Visitors are able to experience our solutions not just as demonstrations, but in real-world battery testing operations. Various models and configurations are set up on site, including MTS Standard and MTS Compact. Furthermore, customers have the opportunity to try out adapters for themselves and test contacts directly.
In addition to complete systems, individual units are also used as demonstration objects. It is particularly interesting for OEM end customers to take a look behind the panels and gain an in-depth understanding of the technical implementation of our test solutions. At the MTS Customer Centre, we aim not only to provide information, but also to bring technology to life.
Another advantage is that the assembly, laboratory and programming departments are located in close proximity to one another. These short distances facilitate close coordination between development, engineering and the specialist departments. This allows questions to be clarified directly and customer requirements to be implemented efficiently.
With the new MTS laboratory and customer centre, Baumann Automation has created a modern environment for innovation, testing and direct interaction with customers.
