A Warm Welcome!

On 1 September 2026, we welcomed 19 new apprentices to Baumann Automation. This includes two students on a combined degree programme in Electrical and Information Engineering. In total, our new colleagues are starting their careers with us across ten different apprenticeship programmes.

The first week focused on settling in and getting to know the company. In addition to gaining their first insights into Baumann Automation, the new apprentices learned about key processes, contacts and our way of working. A particular highlight was the joint induction days at Trausnitz Castle, where the focus was on interaction and getting to know one another.

With this new intake, we now employ more than 82 apprentices and 10 students on combined degree programmes. Apprenticeships therefore remain an important part of our approach to developing young talent and securing skilled professionals for the future.
